In one of our earlier post, we had mentioned that DLF was expected to announce launch of plots in Gurgaon. Finally, the announcement has been made, so read on for more details on the project.

The plots, called "Alameda" are in Sector 73, Gurgaon, next to NH-8 approximately 10 kms from IFFCO Chowk and has all major commercial and recreational centers in the vicinity. The prices are much more than what we expected. The registrations will be opened from tomorrow and prices are said to be in the range of Rs 55,000 to Rs 60,000 per square yard. Surprisingly, the minimum size of the plot is 538 square yard which will keep most of the investors away. Only very high networth individuals are expected to put in such a large amount of money for a location that will be developed only after 2-3 years.

There are 2 payment plans:
- DownPayment Plan
- Subvention Plan

The Booking amount is Rs 30 Lakhs!

Preferential location charges (PLC) are as under:
Green facing: 10% of BSP
Corner plot: 15% of BSP
Corner plot abutting green: 20% of BSP
Two sides open: 10% of BSP
Facing Commercial: 10% of BSP
Facing East direction: 15% of BSP
Facing North East direction: 15% of BSP
Facing North direction: 10% of BSP
60 mtr. and above wide road in front: 15% of BSP
24 mtr. wide road in front: 10% of BSP

A Non-refundable Interest bearing maintenance security (IBMS) @ Rs. 500 per sq. yd approx. is also required to be paid.
