After almost 15 years, DLF has launched residential plots in Gurgaon. These plots are in Sector 73, Gurgaon, next to NH-8 approximately 10kms from IFFCO Chowk and has all major commercial and recreational centers in the vicinity. Rumors are abound that it will be called DLF Phase 6.

DLF Plots are available in various sizes ranging between 240-1000 sq. yards, and the pricing, although tentative, is said to be around Rs 40000 - Rs 50000 per sq. yard. Plot sizes are 240, 350, 420, 502, 1000 square yard.

Booking amount is expected to be Rs 10 Lacs.

Other details like area plan and specific plot details are awaited.

DLF is the top real estate developer in the country. In the recent past, DLF has only sold apartments and commercial complexes. After a long gap, the company is coming out with Plots in Gurgaon at a time when prices in NCR have crossed the previous highs and have more than doubled compared to prices during recession. Rs 40000 per square yard seems to be reasonable (at the current market levels). The area is expected to be near two proposed metro stations (one from Dwarka and other from Gurgaon). After 3-4 years, it will become quite popular because of its close proximity to Airport and Manesar.
